By using OneClick Toolbox you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

OneClick Toolbox provides single-purpose utilities that run in your web browser. The free tools are provided “as is” without any warranty. We may change, suspend or remove a tool at any time.

2. Your content

Files you process stay on your device; we do not receive, store or claim any rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to use the images and documents you process and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including when capturing screens that show other people’s content.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Do not use automated means to scrape the site or its tools at scale.
  • Do not use the tools for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.

4. Intellectual property

The site design, text and code are ours or used under licence. Open-source components, including the AI models used by the background remover (MODNet, Apache-2.0), remain under their own licences, which are acknowledged on the About page.

5. Paid features

If paid plans are introduced, additional terms (pricing, refunds, billing provider) will be presented at checkout and will take precedence for those features.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneClick Toolbox and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or lost profits arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, for free tools, is zero).

7. Third-party services

The site is hosted on Vercel and may load fonts, analytics and ads from third parties (jsDelivr, Google). Their terms apply to their services.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your place of residence.
